Cahonas are Scotlands Testicular Cancer charity educating, creating awareness, eradicating embarrassment and stigma and installing a new healthy habit that could one day save a life. The organisation is on a mission to stamp out late detection of testicular cancer. Giving men the lowdown and educating them on the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer and empowering them to have the confidence to see a doctor if they notice any changes.

50th Anniversary Editions of Layla Out Now

Watch Derek & The Dominos perform "It's Too Late" on the Johnny Cash Show, below.  The 50th Anniversary edition of Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs as a 4LP vinyl box set and a separate 2CD edition are available now. In celebration of this milestone, the original album tracks have been given the 'Half-Speed Mastered' treatment by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios. Alongside the original album on LP1 and LP2, there are two more LPs of bonus material, some of which has not previously been released on vinyl. The bonus material is not half-speed mastered.

Turn up for Recovery is a charitable movement raising awareness of abstinence-based recovery, tackling the stigma of addiction and helping make treatment affordable to people struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. The idea for Turn up for Recovery (TUFR) came to founder, Melia Clapton, while walking her dog. She wanted to tackle the stigma around addiction and alcoholism and raise awareness about the power of abstinence based recovery.

Doyle Bramhall II's "Be Here Now" 7" Single Benefits Turn Up For Recovery

The 7" single of Doyle Bramhall II's "Be Here Now," featuring Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks will be available for Record Store Day Black Friday on November 27th. All proceeds benefit Turn Up For Recovery, the charitable movement founded by Melia Clapton to offer hope and spread awareness of abstinence-based recovery through music. Born out of Eric Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival, Turn Up For Recovery aims to raise awareness of abstinence-based recovery, tackle the stigma of addiction and help make treatment affordable to people struggling with alcohol and drug addiction.
