The film's completion comes at the end of another year of highlights for Nathan. His long-awaited solo album (released in March) spent four weeks at #1 on Billboard's Contemporary Jazz Album chart and 34 weeks in the top position on smoothjazz.com; the lead single "Daft Funk" went to #1 and he recently completed his first solo tour of Japan (after stints there earlier this year with Eric Clapton, Toto and Fourplay).
Specialist label Audio Fidelity will add to their series of Eric Clapton reissues with Eric Clapton's Rainbow Concert on 180gm vinyl and Time Pieces - The Best of Eric Clapton on Hybrid SACD. Both are limited editions and were mastered for this series by Kevin Gray at Cohearent Audio.
On 24 November in the UK and 15 December in North America, Universal Music Enterprises will release Cream 1966-1972, presenting the band's six studio and live LPs in a vinyl box set. Each LP will have exact reproductions of original artwork to retain authenticity and will be pressed in 180-gram heavyweight audiophile vinyl packaged inside a rigid slipcase box.
