"The Eric Clapton Visual Anthology": Scope of Search for Rare Material Expanded Plus Q&A With One Of The Producers

The production of the authorized career-spanning "Eric Clapton Visual Anthology" continues. When completed, the documentary will represent the most comprehensive overview of Eric's 45+ year career ever assembled. The producers have previously asked fans around the world to search their personal archives for rare photographs, video and film of Eric Clapton prior to 1980 both on and off stage. The scope of the search has been expanded to include Eric Clapton-related ephemera prior to 1974. Film and photographs - even snapshots - and memorabilia from the British Jazz / R&B / Blues Club Scene 1958 - 1964 is also being sought. Shout! Factory Releases John Lennon & The Plastic Ono Band Live In Toronto '69 On DVD

U.S. based entertainment company Shout! Factory has released "John Lennon & The Plastic Ono Band Live In Toronto '69" on DVD. Seemingly on a whim in September 1969, Lennon and Yoko Ono hopped on a plane with Eric Clapton, bassist Klaus Voormann and drummer Alan White to perform at the Toronto Rock 'N Roll Revival Festival which was showcasing some of Lennon's early musical heroes. Clapton / Winwood: Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles CA

Hollywood ... palm trees, gorgeous weather, traffic jams ... and Clapton / Winwood at The Bowl for the final night of their 14-date U.S. Tour. Clapton / Winwood Tour Reaches West Coast

Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood have reached the west coast of the United States as their co-headlining tour winds down. The next-to-last performance took place at Oakland's Oracle Arena on 29 June 2009. Like all of the shows on their tour, it was another no-holds-barred all-around great performance. Steve Winwood once again performed "Low Spark of High Heeled Boys" and "There's A River" as "his" numbers. One fan emailed Where's Eric! shortly after the show. Their brief comment said, "Clapton / Winwood and band ... amazing.
