    Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood are getting ready to hit the road in Europe for their highly anticipated 16-date tour. It starts 18 May at Birmingham's LG Arena, followed by two nights at London's Wembley Arena on the 20th and 21st.     Legendary musicians Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood kick off their 16 date European 2010 Tour on 18 May at the LG Arena in Birmingham, England. The tour includes two nights at London’s Wembley Arena, an "open air" concert on the Konigsplatz in Munich, plus “one night only” stops in Antwerp, Paris, Arnhem, Berlin, Vienna, Belgrade, Istanbul and other cities. Eric and Steve will be joined on stage by Chris Stainton (keyboards), Willie Weeks (bass) Steve Gadd (drums) with backing vocals by Michelle John and Sharon White.

    On 27 April 2010, Universal Music released several bonus CDs from their Deluxe Edition series as individual discs in both physical and digital formats. Cream is represented with "Disraeli Gears - Rarities Edition." The single disc has 20 tracks and includes the mono mix of the album along with demos and studio outtakes. Eric Clapton's solo career is represented with "461 Ocean Boulevard - Rarities Edition." The 11 tracks were recorded live at London's Hammersmith Odeon on 4 and 5 December 1974.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will celebrate the 35th anniversary of The Who’s electrifying rock opera “Tommy” on Friday, May 21, at 7:30 p.m. at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.
