Less than 100 signed copies remain of Six-String Stories by Eric Clapton. The limited edition book from Genesis Publications, launched at last year's Crossroads Guitar Festival in New York, features Eric's previously unheard stories and unpublished photographs. Each copy is personally signed by Eric as a mark of his approval. The hand-crafted binding is inspired by the content. Books are quarter bound in cherry red leather to match Eric's famous Gibson ES-335. The silhouettes of some of his most iconic guitars are blocked in gold and silver foils onto the cover. The 376 pages are edged in gold.
After 7 performances in Japan, Eric Clapton, his band and crew hit the road for a show in Singapore on March 4. From there, it was off to Dubai on March 6 and Bahrain on March 8 for his first appearances in those countries. The 2014 Tour is now on hiatus until April 27, when Eric headlines the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival for the first time. The band lineup for the just completed gigs was:

Eric Clapton wrapped up his 2014 Japan Tour at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo on February 28. The venue was also the site of his first concert in Japan on October 31, 1974. In the tour program which celebrated his 40 years of touring the country, Eric wrote, "I may not be able to come back again." So, for many Japanese fans, it was an extra special and very emotional night. At the beginning of Layla, Eric said to them, "I've been coming here for forty years, before some of you were born. It's the best place I've ever played.
