    [MORE PHOTOS ADDED!!!] There was no competition for gig of the day in Bangkok on 16 February: Space O Dizzy, a combination of music, physical theatre (!) and dance by B-Floor troupe, the Loving + Sharing Festival (an exhibition of paintings and fortune telling), The Dynamic Vagueness of Sex - paintings, poetry and short stories by some very well known Thai people, or Eric Clapton and His Band at the Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani! Preceded by the National Anthem, the band came on at 8.45PM.

    Eric Clapton and His Band performed at Singapore Indoor Stadium on Valentine's Day 2011. One fan in attendance told Where's Eric!, "Twenty years on from the last time I had the opportunity to see Clapton played live in Singapore, and he was sounding as good as ever; perhaps even better. His vocal is definitely richer and fuller; not to mention his riffs wizardry on his Fender Strat and Gibson 335 which completely mesmerized the capacity crowd."     Andy Fairweather Low & The Low Riders will support Eric Clapton on all of his May 2011 solo dates and for Eric's concerts with Steve Winwood at the Royal Albert Hall (26 May to 1 June). Andy is a familiar face to Clapton fans worldwide as he was an integral part of Eric’s touring and recording bands from 1992 to 2003 and again in May 2009. Andy first came to prominence as the lead vocalist / guitarist for Amen Corner in the sixties. In the following decade, he had a string of solo hits.

    [Updated 16 February] Items in the Eric Clapton 2011 Crossroads Guitar Auction go on view at the Bonhams & Butterfields salesroom in Los Angeles starting Friday 18 February at 12 Noon. The auction, which takes place in New York City on 9 March, will raise funds to support the Crossroads Foundation. The sale will feature over 150 guitars and amplifiers from Eric Clapton's personal collection as well as several guitars donated by musician friends. The items can be viewed at Bonhams & Butterfields, 7601 West Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles during the following dates and times:
