    On Monday 6 June, Eric Clapton and His Band launched a short Scandinavian Tour at Helsinki's Hartwall Arena. The set list's 16-songs included well-loved Clapton favorites and plenty of blues like Going Down Slow, Hoochie Coochie Man, Before You Accuse Me and Little Queen Of Spades. On the road with Eric are Willie Weeks (bass), Steve Gadd (drums), Chris Stainton (keyboards), Tim Carmon (keyboards), Michelle John (backing vocals), and Sharon White (backing vocals).

    [More Photos Added!] On 4 June 2011, Eric Clapton took part in a charity concert at Wintershall Estate, Bramley, Surrey which raised funds for HASTE (Heart and Stroke Trust Endeavour). Gates to the estate opened at 4PM so those who purchased tickets for the black-tie event were able to enjoy picnics by the lakeside. Since 1989, Eric has donated his time to appear at several charity events at Wintershall, performing with Gary Brooker's all-star "Band du Lac". On Saturday night, EC once again sat in with Gary's band.

    Two hours of highlights from Eric Clapton's third Crossroads Guitar Festival will air in the U.S. on PBS Stations' Great Performances on Monday, 6 June. Most PBS stations will carry the broadcast at 9PM, WNET-TV (Channel 13) in New York will begin the broadcast at 9:30PM (check local listings).

    Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood will kick-off a 12 date tour of Japan in Sapporo in November. The multi-city tour will also visit Yokohama, Osaka, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Kanazawa, Nagoya and Tokyo.
