Arc Angels at New York's Fillmore at Irving Plaza - Friday 8 May - Tickets Are On Sale Now

If you're not heading to any of Eric Clapton's spring dates in Ireland or England, here's a chance to see the Arc Angels before then in New York City! The Arc Angels - Doyle Bramhall II, Charlie Sexton and Chris Layton - will perform at the Fillmore at Irving Plaza on Friday, 8 May at 8:30PM. Tickets are $35 (general admission) and available from www.irvingplaza.com. Brahmhall is well-known to Eric Clapton's fans having collaborated with him in the studio since 2000. Clapton & The Allman Brothers: Historic NYC Concerts To Be Released On CD

[Updated] Celebrating their 40th Anniversary this year, the Allman Brothers Band brought out surprise guests almost every night of their annual Beacon Theatre run. Gregg Allman said that these shows were to be a tribute to his late brother and founding band member, Duane, who died in 1971 at age 24. On 19 and 20 March, Eric Clapton joined The Allman Brothers on stage at New York City's Beacon Theatre. From all accounts of those who were lucky enough to attend those two shows (and indeed all of the concerts), the music was magic.

Eric Clapton Backs Paul Jones On His New CD, "Starting All Over Again"

Paul Jones new CD, Starting All Over Again, has hit store shelves. It's his first solo disc in over 30 years. The disc is released in the US by Collector's Choice Music and distributed in the UK and Europe by Continental Record Services of The Netherlands. Produced by Carla Olson, Jones' studio band includes guitarist Jake Andrews, drummer Alvino Bennett, Tony Marisco on bass and Mike Thompson on keyboards.

Eric Clapton & Steve Winwood: Live From Madison Square Garden CD / DVD Set Out On 19 May
